LASUSU WALK FOR FREEDOM

The Lagos State University Student Union has deemed it fit to celebrate the efforts of the man, so many believes to be the symbol of democracy, the man believed to have won a free, fair, and credible election in the history of Nigeria, the late philanthropist Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale (MKO) Abiola who lost his life in the most controversial way for the defense of his mandate.

The LASUSU PRO in his release on behalf of the union reminds the students and general public of the planned walk.

This is to remind all LASUites that tomorrow 11th June, 2015 is a memorable day. We are expected as comrades to celebrate the efforts of Chief MKO Abiola towards Nigeria's Democracy. All LASU Students are expected to come out enmasse tomorrow to give support to the Students Union so as to make the day memorable.
We are converging at Abe Igi by 8:00am tomorrow morning 11th June, 2015 and the bus will move by 8:30am.

We have invited persons like Femi Falana SAN, Comr. Abiodun Aremu, Comr. Ayo Adewale, ST Soweto, comr. Lanre Arogundade, our own Nuredeen Yusuf Temilola SAL (Optimist), Yaqub Eleto etc to grace the occasion.
