Justice Mambo Akanbi become famous when he delivered the judgement at a Federal High Court sitting in Portharcourt that dismissed 22 Local Government Chairmen elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State.
His dismissal was contained in a letter sent yesterday by the National Judicial Commision to him.
Recall that Justice Lambo Akanbi was accused by the 22 APC local government Chairmen of collecting N100 Million bribe from governor Nyesom Wike to sack them from office.
The NJC Investigated the accusation after Justice Akanbi delivered the Controversial judgement which ordered the 22 APC chairmen to vacate office,and found it to be true, and this necessitated his sack.
